Our Pet Policy is as follows:
We welcome pets at our community with no weight restrictions.
Breed restrictions do apply, including Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, and Chows.
A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit are required per pet. Monthly pet rent is $10 per pet.
